Do not use Smart Office Plan to spread something offensive, promote something illegal or harass anyone. You may not use the Smart Office subscription to create, transmit, display, advertise, or sell (if any):

• Illegal goods or services
• Emails that violate CAN-SPAM or other anti-spam laws
• Pornography/Sexually Explicit Content
• Promote or support terrorism or violent extremism
• Counterfeit products or products that infringe the intellectual property rights of others, including trademarks, copyrights, design, or patent rights

2. Prohibited actions

Please note that we work hard to maintain the positive reputation of our Service. We also count on members' help. You're not allowed:

• Send spam. Spam can be in the form of bulk emails or one-to-one commercial emails.
• You may not allow anyone under the age of 13 to access the Services.
• Include any material that you did not create in your mailings, did not provide, or that would violate anyone's rights. That includes text, photos, graphics, and other content.
• Use misleading or inaccurate names, addresses, email addresses, subject lines, or additional information in the Service or surveys created, administered, or sent using our Service.
• Share your password.
• Send or forward personal mail.
• Decipher, decompile, disassemble or reverse engineer the Software.
• Use any of the Software to create a competitive product.
• Import or include this information in an account, public, emails, or otherwise upload to our servers: Social Security numbers, passwords, security credentials, or sensitive personal information.
• Upload or send email surveys to purchased, leased, third-party, co-reg, publicly available data, or affiliate lists of any kind.
• You must not misuse our Services by interfering with their normal operation or attempting to access them through any method other than the interfaces and instructions we provide.
• Host images on our servers for any purpose other than your use of the Service.
• Host Content on our servers for any purpose other than your use of the Service.
• Except as permitted under our Terms of use, you will take any action intended to avoid our billing thresholds.
• Unless authorized in writing by Smart Office Plan, you may not investigate, scan, or test the vulnerability or security of the Services or any Smart Office Plan system or network.
• Unless authorized in writing by Smart Office Plan, you may not use any automated system or software to extract or scrape data from the websites or other interfaces through which we make our Services available.
• You may not conduct any misuse or excessive use of the Services, including, but not limited, usage that is significantly above average usage patterns of average users similar to you and that adversely affects speed, responsiveness, stability, availability, or functionality of the Services to other users. Smart Office Plan will make every effort to notify you of misuse or overuse to provide you with an opportunity to reduce such use to a level acceptable to Smart Office Plan.
• Sell ​​or offer to sell counterfeit products or products that infringe the intellectual property rights of others, including trademarks, copyrights, design, or patent rights.
• You may not register accounts through bots or other automated methods.

If you identify the content of a survey/questionnaire that you believe violates this policy, please contact us at [email protected]. State the URL of the relevant survey/form/request/questionnaire.
